At Coastal Fresh Home Cleaning, our flat-rate pricing means you pay for the result, not the clock.
Our regular cleaning service follows a detailed checklist so you always know what’s included and can expect the same high standard every time - no matter how long it takes!
It’s simple, transparent, and ensures consistent quality results.

Service Includes:

Kitchen

• Wipe down all benchtops, splashbacks, and surfaces

• Clean exterior of appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven door)

• Wipe cupboard doors and handles

• Clean sink and taps

• Empty bins and replace liners

• Sweep and mop floors

Bathrooms

• Clean shower screens, tiles, and fittings

• Wipe and sanitise basins, vanities, and taps

• Clean mirrors

• Wipe down exterior of cabinets and handles

• Clean and disinfect toilet

• Sweep and mop floors

Bedrooms & Living Areas

• Dust all accessible surfaces

• Wipe skirting boards and window sills

• Make beds

• Vacuum and/or mop floors

• Empty bins

Additional Touches

• Light spot cleaning of walls, doors and switches

• A couple of main windows / glass door clean (internal glass only)

• dusting of blinds

• light cobweb removal

• light quick tidy-up of visible areas (light trash removal, cushions and throws fluffed & placed neatly etc.

• All cleaning products and equipment are supplied ~ we simply ask clients to provide their own vacuum.
  This helps maintain hygiene and prevents any transfer of pet hair, dust, or allergens between households.

Please note: Regular home cleaning does not include extensive tidying, substantial housekeeping tasks; heavy built up grime removal, lifting heavy furniture; or extensive internal window / glass cleaning - please see our Deep Cleaning service or Housekeeping packages for these extras.

A deep clean is often recommended for first-time clients or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while. It helps reset your home to a maintainable level, ensuring future services deliver consistent, high-quality results.
